Skinner Peanuts started with a simple conviction: that a peanut, properly roasted, is worth savoring. What began as a passion for small-batch roasting has grown into something larger — a gathering place where craft coffee flows freely, the bar stays lively into the evening, and every guest is treated like a regular from day one.
Located off NC-87 in the heart of Elizabethtown, we've built a space that respects the rhythm of the community. Morning espresso for the commuters. Afternoon peanuts for the curious. Evening cocktails for those who know the difference between good and memorable.

Craft Coffee
Single-origin pour-overs, signature espresso drinks, and cold brew that actually tastes like coffee — not bitterness with a side of syrup. Every cup is pulled with intention.
Hand-Roasted Peanuts
Our namesake — and our obsession. Each batch is roasted in small quantities so we can taste every stage. From classic salted to habanero-lime, the flavor profile is always deliberate.
The Bar
When the coffee crowd thins, the bar takes over. Local craft beer, well-made cocktails, and a menu that doesn't apologize for being bold. The lights dim. The music shifts. The night begins.
